Aarib ShahabAarib is a first year psychobiology major from Chicago, IL. He is eager to become a columnist as writing about medical research will allow him to further his drive to become a medical professional and allow him to immerse himself into the scientific world by fastening my writing, analytical, and overall professional skills. Joining a community of like-minded individuals at UCLA's MLS will only make his time at UCLA more worthwhile.

Abhay MahajanAbhay is a first year student from Las Vegas studying Human Biology and Society. He is extremely interested in the overlapping of the medical field with the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence. In his free time he enjoys working out, hiking, and playing video games.

Eesha ChattopadhyayEesha Chattopadhyay is a 4th year Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology major with a minor in Biomedical Research. She studies vascular inflammation in endothelial cells in response to changes in membrane composition. When she's not at the lab, she enjoys reading, goin to the beach, and playing sudoku!

She also loves to surf, cliff jump, and find cool look out points to watch the sunset with her friends.

He is a member of the Witte Laboratory at UCLA where he studies Small-Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma (SCNC) pathogenesis, and hopes to continue in biomedical research in the future.
