Isabel Angres, co-Editor-in-Chief

Isabel is currently a third-year Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology major. She is extremely interested in the ethical considerations behind medical advancements, specifically in genetics. When she's not ruminating on biomedical ethics, Isabel enjoys conducting research. She would like to pursue a MD/PhD and work as a genetic researcher to develop novel gene therapies for genetic disorders. Outside of MLS, she is involved in CityLab, USJ, and GCSIG.

Kaitlin Lemke, co-Editor-in-Chief

Kaitlin is a fourth-year student studying Human Biology and Society and Art History. She is currently volunteering at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and working in clinical research based in San Diego. In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, playing the piano, reading, trying new foods, and traveling with family and friends!

Alex Moroz, Senior Editor

​Alex is a fourth-year Physiological Sciences Major. He currently works as an EMT, helps conduct research at the ECVB lab, and is a member of the UCLA Men’s Ice Hockey Team. In his free time, Alex enjoys going to concerts and traveling with family and friends!

Sophia Schiro, Senior Editor

Sophia is a fourth-year student studying Physiological Science. She works as an office assistant at Jofili Pediatrics and an intern at Vafaie Dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and dancing with her friends at Synthesis Dance Theatre.
